THE PROCESS OF FOREIGN TRADE ORDERS

01 INQUIRY PROCESSING

Waits Sales Specialists would reply to the customer within 24h upoun the receipt of your inquiry, and submit the detailed qutoation with technical drawings within 48h.

02 WAITS REGULAR TRAINING

Our regular training is to make sure each sales specialists fully understood the valve knowledge, so that we can recommaned the correct valve specification and solve any product problemsveryfast.

03 ORDER CONFIRMATION

We engage in a thorough confirmation process within 24 hours.

04 ORDER PROCESSING

a. Waits Sales Specialists would provide the production schedule and ITP to the customer within 48 hours after the contract signed.

b. Waits' sales specialist would email the production status + pictures to the customers once every 5 days acc. to actual site progress. Our whole production procedure are monitored by ERP system, each spare parts must be checked and inspected before and after machining.

05 PACKING

Prior to production, we communicate with the customer about the packaging details and requirements, informour logisticsdept. acc. tothe customer'srequirements, and be responsible for supervising and ensuring that the packaging requirements are in line with the customer's requirements andtheimportand exporttraderegulations.

06 TRANSPORTATION

Before Shipment, Waits QC Dept. would send all the Inspection Documents as per contract requirements. Waits Logistic Manager will email the customer packing list and invoice for shipment information and also your custom clearance.

After Shipment, Waits' sales specialist will regularly track the transportation of products , assist customers in customs clearance until the product is handed over to the customer in good condition.

07 AFTER SALES SERVICE

2 years spare kits will be prepared for the customers for each order, along with an electronic video, enabling the customer to replace on their own. Waits also provides a warranty period of up to 24 months. When after - sales service is required for the products, Waits' technical specialists will promptly provide professional video guidance to efficiently solve the customer'safter - sales problems.
