Product Description

The Bronze Three-Piece NPT Ball Valve controls opening and closing by rotating the ball. When the ball's channel aligns with the pipeline axis, the valve is fully open for unobstructed media flow; when the ball rotates 90 degrees, its sealing surface tightly fits the valve seat to block flow and close the valve. It features simple operation and quick actuation, requiring only a 90-degree rotation from full open to full close with relatively low torque. Aluminum bronze—a copper alloy with aluminum as the primary alloying element—offers high strength, good wear/corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. For highly corrosive media like seawater or weak acid solutions, this three-piece NPT ball valve provides reliable sealing and long service life, making it suitable for chemical, marine, and offshore engineering applications.
