Product Description

The Waits Bronze Two-Piece NPT Ball Valve controls opening and closing by rotating the ball. When the ball's channel aligns with the pipeline axis, the valve is fully open, allowing media to flow freely; when the ball rotates 90 degrees, the sealing surface on the ball fits tightly with the valve seat, blocking media flow and closing the valve. It is easy to operate and quick to open/close, requiring only a 90-degree rotation from fully open to fully closed with relatively low operating torque. Aluminum bronze, a copper alloy with aluminum as the main alloying element, offers high strength, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. For highly corrosive media such as seawater and weak acid solutions, the aluminum bronze two-piece NPT ball valve provides reliable sealing and long service life, making it suitable for applications in chemical, marine, and offshore engineering industries.
