Waits Valve Electric Three-Piece Flanged Floating Ball Valve is durable, intelligently controlled, and achieves efficient flow automation. From pre-sales technical consultation and solution planning to after-sales installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair, Waits Valve can also design two piece ball valves with mounting brackets to facilitate automation applications. Waits Valve has established a complete full-cycle service system.
The valve body of Waits Valve Electric Three-Piece Flanged Floating Ball Valve is divided into three parts and adopts the standard electric ball valve design. The size range is NPS 2″~ NPS 4″ DN50~ DN100, and the WOG working pressure is CL150~CL2500 PN10 ~ PN260. We provide a full range of three-piece ball valves with various end connections, including threaded ends, butt welding ends, socket welding ends and tri-clamp connections.
The unique structure of Waits Valve makes disassembly and maintenance more convenient: the ball and valve seat can be inspected and replaced without disassembling the pipeline, which greatly reduces the difficulty and cost of maintenance. In terms of sealing performance, the three-piece structure provides a more uniform pressure distribution and has a sealing effect, while the electric drive mode realizes automatic control. This valve is often used in industrial pipeline scenarios with high valve maintenance frequency and strict sealing requirements.

Core Structure and Working Principle
1.The valve body consists of left, right, and intermediate sections connected by bolts, enabling rapid disassembly for maintenance and internal component replacement.
2.The ball shifts toward the outlet sealing surface under media pressure, achieving bidirectional sealing suitable for frequent operation cycles.
3.Integrates a quarter-turn electric actuator supporting 0–90° rotation control for flow regulation or on/off functions, directly compatible with industrial control systems.
