Performance Features
1. Unlike ordinary valves, the electric top entry ball valve does not need to be removed from the pipeline, and can be maintained online, reducing maintenance costs. The valve adopts a welded end structure and is installed on the pipeline, which is not affected by pipeline stress.
2. The valve seat ring can float independently in the axial position. Through the preloaded spring, the valve seat can be sealed under zero pressure and low pressure conditions. This design realizes the closing ability of the valve under high pressure conditions. The outer side of the valve seat ring is inlaid with O-rings and elastic rings to ensure the sealing between the valve seat and the valve body. Some of our customers will apply the valve to the site where expanded graphite is used. At this time, if a fire occurs, the valve can also maintain sealing performance.
3. When the valve seat and valve stem seal leak due to damage, the sealing grease injected by the grease injection valve can be used for emergency sealing. Under normal working conditions, the grease injected by the grease injection valve can lubricate the valve stem and the surface of the ball, and improve the flexibility when opening and closing.
4. For valves installed underground, we can lengthen the valve stem as needed and customize the size according to customer requirements. All sewage pipes, exhaust pipes and emergency grease injection devices are lengthened accordingly, and other related pipelines are close to the lengthened part of the valve. The sewage valve, exhaust valve and grease injection valve are connected and installed on the ground to facilitate regular maintenance.
5. The upper and lower valve stems are designed according to API6D and ISO17292 standards and can prevent static electricity.
6. When a single piston valve seat is used upstream and a double piston valve seat is used downstream, the valve can achieve a double blocking function and cut off the upstream and downstream media at the same time. When the material retained in the valve cavity is abnormally pressurized due to temperature increase, the valve seat can automatically release the pressure and discharge it to the upstream side.
7. The ball of the electric top entry ball valve is fixed, and the surface is ground, polished and hardened. There is a sliding bearing between the ball and the valve stem to reduce friction and working torque.
8. The connecting flange between the valve and the actuator complies with ISO 5211 standards, with high adaptability and easy replacement.
