Waits Valve durable Electric Two-Piece Flanged Floating Ball Valve consists of two valve body components, floating ball and end inlet design. Its structure is compact and simple, with small dimensions and low installation space requirements. The two valve bodies are fixed by flange bolts, light weight, easy to transport and install. The valve is driven by an electric device, which can quickly and accurately control opening and closing. Sealing materials can be used in various pressure and temperature ranges, including TEFLON, PPL, PEEK, DELRIN, etc.

Features

The Electric Two-Piece Flanged Floating Ball Valve adopts a fireproof design. When non metallic materials are damaged by high temperature, the upper pressure in the pipeline pushes the ball to the metal valve seat lip, cutting off the medium and avoiding internal leakage.

The anti-blowout design keeps the shaft safe at any pressure.

The locking device is optional and can provide system protection by preventing misoperation

ISO5211 actuator mounting pad, easy to disassemble and maintain, and can also be used with worn gears, electric actuators or pneumatic actuators, etc.

The detachable handle design is easy to operate, and the valve is also easy to assemble with actuators and accessories for switch or control applications.
