Waits Valve PTFE Lined Three-Way Ball Valve has the advantages of "corrosion-resistant lining + flexible three-way structure", which can solve the problem of multi-pipeline fluid control in highly corrosive environments and stand out in complex systems that require frequent switching of flow directions. Its core value lies in providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional corrosion-resistant alloy valves while meeting diverse requirements such as high cleanliness, temperature resistance, and pressure resistance. PTFE Lined Three-Way Ball Valve is a three-way T-type ball valve or three-way L-type ball valve with full FEP PTFE PFA lining. The FEP PTFE PFA lined three-way ball valve has extremely high chemical stability and can be used in any highly corrosive media. The ball valve can be divided into two structures: two-way (two-way) and three-way (three-way), with small fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed, and simple structure.

1. PTFE Lined Three-Way Ball Valve adopts FEP, PTFE or PFA lining, which has extremely high chemical stability and can be used for any highly corrosive media except "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine";
2. FEP PTFE PFA lined three-way ball valve adopts full-size floating ball structure, and the valve can be closed without leakage in the entire pressure range, which is more convenient for cleaning and maintenance of pipeline systems;
3. The ball and stem of the opening and closing parts are cast (forged) as one piece, eliminating the possibility of the full-diameter full-PTFE lined PFA ball valve stem rushing out of the pressurized parts due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety of engineering use;
4. The structure is compact and reasonable, and the inner cavity space of the FEP PTFE PFA lined three-way ball valve is the smallest, which reduces the retention of the medium. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface dense, and the combination of herringbone PTFE filler makes the valve achieve zero leakage;
5. The two-piece and three-piece structures can adapt to the requirements of various piping systems and working conditions. The three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from both sides of the valve body, which can achieve quick online replacement and maintenance.

The fluoroplastic lining hardly reacts with strong acids (e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis (e.g., sodium hydroxide), strong oxidants (e.g., aqua regia), or organic solvents, solving the corrosion problem of traditional metal valves.
2.Flexible Flow Control
L type three-way ball valve: Only connects two vertical pipelines (e.g., A→B or A→C) for direction switching, unable to conduct three channels simultaneously.
T-type three-way ball valve: Can conduct three channels simultaneously (e.g., A→B+C or A+B→C) to achieve fluid diversion or mixing, suitable for complex pipeline systems requiring multi-directional switching.
3.High Sealing Performance and Low Flow Resistance
The ball fits tightly with the fluoroplastic seat to prevent leakage of corrosive media.
