Product Description

Each soft seated double flange butterfly valve of Waits has the following characteristics:
1. High elasticity valve seat rubber
EPDM valve seat rubber content is 50%, and it has been tested for more than 10,000 times of simulated opening and closing without leakage.
Shore A hardness/degree 72 ±3,200% tensile stress/Mpa≥6, tensile strength Mpa≥15, elongation at break/%≥350, permanent deformation at break/%≦10, tear strength/KN.m-1≥35, compression permanent deformation (70℃*22h, compression rate 25%)/%≦20 (Wide side valve seat) Compared with narrow side valve seat, the wide side valve seat has a wider contact surface with the pipeline flange, with a diameter of about 20 mm, and better installation sealing performance.
2. The butterfly plate and valve shaft are connected without pins, which can completely avoid leakage and corrosion caused by installing pins. The valve shaft is easy to disassemble and the valve seat is easy to replace.
3. The valve body is equipped with an anti-flying device, which is better and safer to use in pipelines.
