The AL Bronze Flange Butterfly Valve is a lug type butterfly valve, with a valve body and disc made of C95800 material, double eccentric, bi-directional, and zero leakage. The general characteristics of aluminum bronze include good castability, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance. Nickel aluminum bronze can also enhance its resistance to seawater corrosion through heat treatment, making it particularly suitable for seawater applications.

Seawater is an electrolyte solution containing multiple salts, which has strong corrosiveness to metal butterfly valves. Traditional metal materials are prone to rapid corrosion by seawater and are not suitable for use as valves in seawater applications.
