The high-quality Gear Flange Butterfly Valve produced by Waits Valve meets the AS4087 PN16 standard (basically the same as Table D). Equipped with lockable lever and slot plate, or IP67 gearbox, with stainless steel shaft and visual indicator. The EPDM valve seat and disc are located on the spline shaft (not fixed, eliminating possible fault points). This product has obtained international certification.

The operating flange complies with ISO 5211 standard. The Gear Flange Butterfly Valve is designed to be used in conjunction with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators.

The rubber valve seat has anti collapse, anti tension, and anti spray functions.

The precision machined valve disc ensures low operating torque and effective sealing up to 200 psi. The valve disc designed for fluid dynamics can achieve high flow rates.

The integrated valve stem design makes it easy to use and provides precise positioning of the valve disc.

The valve is coated with epoxy, and we have equipped it with a "fuel nozzle" type grease fitting for easy lubrication of the neck and gearbox (if applicable).

ANSI Class 150 steel sliding flange: Complies with AWWA C207-13 and ANSI # 150 bolt type specifications. Specific steel grades for structural or critical applications can be provided upon request.

ANSI Class 150 stainless steel slide flange: Available in ATSM grades 304L and 316L. This slide flange complies with ANSI # 150 drilling type specification.
