For highly corrosive media such as chlorine, you need a very high quality valve that can solve your problem. Waits Valve offers Chlorine Bellows Globe Valve designed for harsh working conditions. Our product adopts a fully welded metal bellows structure and alloy surface double seals to provide "zero gap" protection to prevent chlorine leakage, which is safe and environmentally compliant.
WAITS VALVE specially designed the advanced Chlorine Bellows Globe Valve for chlorine, liquid chlorine and other high-risk media. In addition to the traditional packing seal, it also uses a bellows seal to form a double seal structure to effectively prevent dangerous leakage.
Based on practical application experience, the disc and seat are made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and Stellite alloy.
Our standard Chlorine Bellows Globe Valve is suitable for hazardous chemicals and chlorine, made of specified materials, and at least three-layer structure. Its design life is at least 20, 000 cycles under the highest working conditions, providing excellent service life under high quality. Shaw packed gland valves are suitable for use with hazardous chemicals and chlorine.
This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Key Product Notes
1. When you receive the Chlorine Bellows Globe Valve, please install it in the correct flow direction. Reverse installation is prohibited. Clean the connection before installation to prevent contamination.
2. Protect the valve during welding to avoid high temperature damage to the bellows. Install vertically or horizontally, away from vibration.
3. Remember to open/close slowly during operation to avoid pressure shock.
4. Use only in the fully open or closed position, not for flow control. Do not over-tighten when closed.
5. Check for leaks regularly, especially in the bellows area.
6. Lubricate moving parts (such as valve stems) regularly to ensure smooth operation. Replace worn bellows or seals in time.
7. In high-concentration chlorine environments, additional anti-corrosion measures are required. For example, protective masks or something like that.
