Product Description

The butterfly plate of the dual plate check valve is two semicircles, and the spring-loaded valve disc is suspended on the central vertical pin. When the valve is opened, the combined force of the fluid is at the center of the valve disc sealing surface, and the point of action of the spring support force is at the center of the valve disc surface, so that the root of the valve disc opens first, thereby avoiding the wear of the sealing surface that occurs when the valve disc of the old conventional valve is opened, and effectively improving the durability.
When the flow rate slows down, under the action of the torsion spring reaction force, the valve disc gradually approaches the valve seat, and the dual plate check valve enters the slow closing stage. When the fluid flows back, the combined action of the valve disc force and the torsion spring reaction force increases the closing of the valve disc accordingly, entering the fast closing stage. This effectively reduces the impact of water hammer and reduces the harm of water hammer. When closing, the action of the spring force point causes the top of the valve disc to close first, preventing the valve disc root from biting.
