Duplex Steel Lever Wafer Butterfly Valve

The Waites valve, a low-cost lever wafer butterfly valve (Biphasic steel), features an epoxy coated ductile iron valve body, nickel plated ductile iron valve plate, nitrile rubber (NBR) lining, and an installation top that meets ISO 5211 standards. The key component for sealing is the rubber valve seat. We have chosen a reasonable structural form - groove type, and set a reasonable compression ratio to ensure that the valve has no leakage within the specified pressure range. In the air pressure test, complete sealing was achieved with no visible leakage.
