Waits Valve is a leading manufacturer of PVDF, FEP, PFA and PTFE lined globe valves in China. The PTFE Lined Angle Globe Valve features a PTFE anti corrosion lining, precise flow control and space-saving tilting! Waits Valve keeps 200 standard models in stock and can ship within 72 hours of receiving an order.
Waits Valve high quality PTFE Lined Angle Globe Valve is a PTFE lined globe valve with a special structure. Our valve body adopts a 90° right angle design, and the inlet and outlet directions of the media intersect vertically. This structure combines the corrosion resistance of the PTFE liner and the flow characteristics of the angle valve, making it suitable for highly corrosive conditions where the flow direction of the medium needs to be changed or the space is limited.

Maintenance points-PTFE Lined Angle Globe Valve
When maintaining PTFE Lined Angle Globe Valve, multiple key aspects require attention. Before operation, check whether the bolts at all connection points of the valve are securely fastened to prevent leakage. During operation, strictly control the medium temperature and pressure to avoid deformation or damage to the fluorine-lined layer due to overheating or overpressure. Regularly inspect the valve's sealing performance; if leakage is detected, promptly replace worn sealing gaskets or valve stem packing. Avoid frequent opening and closing to reduce frictional wear between the fluorine-lined layer and the medium. When cleaning the valve, use neutral cleaning agents and strictly prohibit chemical solvents that may corrode the fluorine-lined layer. After cleaning, dry the valve to prevent rust. For valves out of service for an extended period, store them in a dry and ventilated place and perform regular opening/closing operations to prevent components such as valve stems and discs from rusting and jamming due to prolonged inactivity, ensuring the valve remains in good working condition at all times.
