They are mainly used for the on-off control of pipelines conveying corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis. This type of valve is particularly suitable for occasions with high requirements for sealing performance and regulation accuracy, but attention should be paid to its high flow resistance and limited temperature/pressure tolerance. PTFE Lined Globe Valve provides precise flow regulation in highly corrosive chemical environments. The internal PTFE lining protects the valve body and trim from corrosive fluids, making it the choice for acid, alkali and toxic media applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical and wastewater industries. It can be assembled with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or electrohydraulic actuators and is provided with the complete structure of the control valve.

1.The PTFE lining withstands corrosion from strong acids (e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis (e.g., sodium hydroxide), strong oxidizers (e.g., nitric acid), and most organic solvents, making it suitable for highly corrosive environments in chemical, pharmaceutical, and metallurgical industries.

2.Utilizes forced sealing (direct compression of the disc against the seat) for tight sealing surface contact and minimal leakage. Ideal for on off control and precise regulation of high purity, toxic, or valuable media.

3.Enables fine adjustment of medium flow by changing the flow area, offering better control than the simple on off function of Gate Valves.

4.The medium must turn to pass through the seat, resulting in higher flow resistance (greater than Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves). Suitable for small diameter pipelines or scenarios requiring high flow control precision.
