Waits Bronze NPT Strainer is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, filter screen and threaded connection parts, all made of durable aluminum bronze. The valve body and valve cover form the shell, and the filter screen (usually made of stainless steel such as 316L) is installed in the valve body to filter impurities in the medium. When the fluid flows through the threaded filter, the medium enters the filter from the inlet, is filtered by the filter screen, and the impurities are trapped on the filter screen. The clean fluid flows through the filter screen through the outlet to achieve solid-liquid separation or impurity filtration.
